Siamo stati trattati malissimo. Appartamento sporco ( ragnatele , capelli, escrementi di animali non meglio identificati, mini-frigo rotto) con formicaio nello stipite della porta d’ingresso. Nonostante le nostre lamentele e le foto non hanno trovato alternative sé non un appartamento ancora peggiore( a detta della sig.ra delle pulizie era chiuso da tempo e si vedeva). Per una notte siamo dovuti rimanere nostro malgrado e ho dovuto pulire le zone che dovevamo vivere. Cucina non utilizzabile abbiamo dovuto prendere qlcosa al take-away. Siamo dovuti scappare perdendo i soldi. Da evitare assolutamente.

Estancia.
Poco menaje, no había sartenes, ni ollas, ni estropajos, ni trapos/papel de cocina.
Colchón doble hundido, se sentía los muelles. El somier terrible, sonaba con solo mirarlo.
Internet fallaba y HABIA GOTERAS en el baño, ojalá no te llueva si decides ir a este sitio.

Had an amazing time here !loved the apartment and the views were amazing . It's abit out from everywhere so we would of loved a car to get around . Only 1 restaurant nearby but the food was really good there . If coming late at night get food from shop . We got bus from airport . I think it was called titsa but ya need to get off early for santa ursula . Don't go to santa cruz. We told them we be late arriving so keys were at the desk with a night porter. The hotel is however locked up I presume for safety reasons so had to wait for another guest to let us in !!!our room was amazing 😍so near the pool and a gift left for us !! We had 1 free pass for indoor spa . Really wish we done it the first day because we would of happily paid every day to go to pool in the spa 😍. We had it all to ourselves and the pool was hot . Outdoor pool is chilly . I did use it but it is chilly. Hotel is really clean . Just wish it did do food . Only did breakfast at weekends.Shop next door is so cheap . So not bad overall

Séjour très agréable. Personnel très attentionné et disponible. On peut les contacter par what app à la moindre question. Ils répondent très rapidement. Les lieux sont propres, bien entretenus et calmes. (Voyage en Mars) Les bungalow sont bien équipés. La vue de l’hôtel est magnifique. On a la vue sur le mont Teide et la mer. La piscine est froide :( Il y a un arrêt de bus à proximité de l’hôtel qui permet d’aller aux villes aux alentours (très pratique). —＞102 et 30 Il y a une supérette à moins d’une minute de l’hôtel (ça dépanne bien)

It's a peaceful quiet place, lovely spa great view and a wonderful restaurant opposite if you want a more lively evening its a 10 minute taxis ride.

Lovely place with a great view
Everything was really good, the only disappointment was that the spa wasn't available and we weren't even informed in advance.
Also, we needed an extra sheet because it got wet and we couldn't get one from the staff on duty.
The apartment had everything we could need and the views were fantastic. The beds extremely comfortable

Disappointed with the hotel which has become a ghost hotel: no reception, no cleaning or charged 50 euros more, closed restaurant, paid indoor pool, paid gym. Unheated outdoor pool and no additional services offered! Pharaoh ants permanently in the kitchen which force you to pack everything well. Life is beautiful from the room and it is quiet because there is nothing nearby except a coop and a restaurant. You have to take the highway to have a lively city!
